Return & Exchange Policy
At Toomuch, your health and hygiene come first. Since our products are undergarments, we maintain the strictest hygiene standards to ensure your safety and comfort.

✅ Eligible Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is wrong size, wrong color, wrong item, or defected — only if it is unworn, unwashed, and unused in its original packaging, reported within the same day of receiving.

• If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please check your order at the time of delivery and notify us immediately.

• If an incorrect size or item was delivered due to our error, we will exchange it for the correct one.

🚫 No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind. We believe protecting our customers’ health is more important than anything.

🚚 Delivery & Return Charges

Customers are responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

⚠️ Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot accept exchanges or returns if the product is completely fine and up to standard and has been used, washed, worn, or is not in original packaging.
